old-fashioned style with modern comforts in the brick, Federal style
farmhouse built in 1800 and renovated in 1992. Our rooms have queen
size beds, private baths, sitting area, and central air conditioning.
Wireless Internet is available on site. A full, mouth watering
breakfast and complimentary snacks and beverages are included.
Relax in the
guest living room (TV, VCR, small collection of movies), play a game,
or take some time to enjoy the back porch room which overlooks the pond
and waterfall in the backyard. BBQ, read, swing on the porch swing,
watch the fireflies, listen to the birds, or watch for some of the
area's wildlife as you just slow down and recharge.
Some of the
area's activities include hiking, biking, fly-fishing, sailing,
picnicking, swimming, antiquing, bird watching, concerts, plays, Penn
State sporting events, Arts Festival (July), 4th of July fireworks,
Grange Fair (August), soaring, ballooning, and fall foliage.
